International Choreographers Retreat - FAQS
When does the Retreat take place?
The Retreat starts on June 10th, in the morning and ends on June 15th in the afternoon.
Where does the Retreat take place?
It takes place in the social economy enterprise of Jouvence on a beautiful site in the countryside, less than 2 hours east from Montreal.
What are the costs we have to cover as participants ?
Travel from Montreal to Jouvence and back, 3 meals a day and snacks as well as housing and all conferences/activities during the week are covered by the International Choreographers Retreat.
Participants are asked to cover their expenses for : the travel from their place to Montreal, their eventual longer stay in Montreal, any supplement on site.
By what means of transport do we get to the site?
We will ride there on a chartered bus from Montreal together.
Will I be alone in my room?
Yes, you will have a private room with a private bathroom for 5 nights.
Is there wifi?
Wifi is available on site.
Will there be any vegetarian or vegan, gluten free, lactose intolerant, etc options for meals?
Yes.
What kind of clothing should I bring?
It will be the beginning of summer in Quebec which means it could be hot but it could also be rainy with cool days and nights. So a bathing suit, shorts, t-shirts, pants, sandals, comfortable shoes, sweater or light jacket, raincoat or umbrella are the basic necessities.
When will we have information about the schedule during the Retreat?
The precise schedule for the International Choreographers Retreat will be sent to participants a month prior to the event.
How many participants are we?
On site there will be 30 participants, 4 facilitators and 6 other team members.
Note: we share the Jouvence site with other groups or families.
