]]> A native of New Brunswick, Jamie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Dance at York University in 1997. Arriving in Montreal in 1999, Jamie quickly became active in the dance community, both socially and artistically. She danced primarily with José Navas/Compagnie Flak (2002-2008) and has performed locally and internationally in works by Ginette Laurin, Estelle Clareton, Dana Gingras, Caroline Gravel and George Stamos, amongst others. Since 2007, Jamie has maintained close artistic ties with Frédérick Gravel as a dancer, rehearsal director and outside eye.

She continues to deepen her artistic practice as a performer as well as a teacher at L’école de danse contemporaine de Montréal (EDCM) and as a rehearsal director with various dance artists.

Jamie was co-president of the board of Regroupement québécois de la danse (RQD) from 2017 to 2021 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Education at McGill University.

Her commitment to the evolution and sustainability of the artistic dance ecology in Quebec will be further nourished by her new role of General & Artistic Codirector with Art Circulation.

]]> After studying literature and film photography, Nicolas Filion devoted himself to dance in 1998. For 13 years, he worked with numerous choreographers, pursued graduate studies in dance and then in arts studies and practices, acted as a cultural mediator, taught and contributed to several research projects.

In 2017, he founded his own Development Agency, before taking over from Stéphanie Hinton as Director of FÔVE diffusion.

With unique and varied experiences, and a passion for the performing arts, Nicolas favors a human and committed approach to arts development and administration.

]]> Co-director and agent for Art Circulation (Montreal, Canada), she is responsible for creating connections for Art Circulation and member companies, building international collaborations and projects, and creating opportunities for touring around the globe. Bachelor of choreography, music degree holder, and master in philology, Karolina has had a strong relation with art, creation and communication all her life. Before joining Art Circulation, she worked as a programmer and a producer, she started a foundation for arts and education in Warsaw and worked developing an international network for this organization.
