collective, the resonances and resistances of five bodies united by gravity. <strong><em>GROUND<\/em><\/strong> reveals what instinctively or physiologically holds us together, and makes the stage a mirror of our human conditions.<\/p><p>In <strong><em>GROUND<\/em><\/strong>, the performers observe each other, oscillate and move with the same movements, at once isolated and united by the constraints of rebound and coordination. This encounter marks the beginning of a fruitful and active collaboration between the choreographer and the company: <strong><em>White Matter<\/em> <\/strong>was created in 2015, followed by <strong><em>GROUND<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and <strong><em>REBO(U)ND <\/em><\/strong>in 2018 \u2014 the latter in collaboration with mirari. Caroline Laurin-Beaucage and Kathy Casey share a unique vision that explores unchartered waters.
