She has created more than 65 works that have been presented in 25 countries from Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Continually teaches in dance faculties in Mexico and abroad. The University of Chicago awarded her the prestigious Mellon Fellow. Member of the National System of Art Creators. 2021 awarded with the International Jerusalem Fellows Award; 2024 Fulbright Garc\u00eda Robles Chair Scholar. She has created works for opera, theater, site specific, dance film and multimedia projects. Claudia recently was named as the head of the Dance Direction at the UNAM (DanzaUNAM).
