Comfortable in both French and English, she works primarily in the fields of theatre and dance since graduating in 2016. Sensitive and rational at the same time, Chantal believes in emotional instinct as a source of inspiration in her work, whilst according importance to dramaturgy in the lighting design itself. For her, good design is made through collaboration between all the members of a creative team. Chantal is a recipient of two Rideau Awards for best lighting design of the year in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and a Dora Award nominated designer for Outstanding Achievement in Design for the show <em>In My Body<\/em>.
